Do you ever feel anxious about what others think of you? Do you ever allow judgement from others lead you to believe that everyone thinks you’re a terrible person? Well, you’re not alone.
Unless you’re one of the lucky ones who can wholeheartedly say you give zero fucks, it happens to the best of us.
So, I’ll let you into a little secret. Although sometimes it feels like people are watching and judging your every move, they’re not. No offence, but you’re not that important. You’re not the main character in anyone else’s life, no matter how theatrical you might be (I genuinely believe I deserve an Oscar for some of the meltdowns I’ve had in the past).
Granted, I sound a little blunt here. But sometimes, that’s what we need. So, let today’s post be your reminder to worry less about others and what they *probably* aren’t thinking and focus on yourself.
To show up as anything other than yourself is a disservice to you and others. So, here’s to being unapologetically yourself – today, tomorrow and every day after that.
Save this, share it or send it to a friend!
Love, Priya xoxo
